As the number of rooms is limited, if you wish to cancel your reservation, please review the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.

* Cancellation fees are calculated based on the accommodation rate of your reservation.
Changes to Reservations
If you wish to change your check-in date, number of guests, or other reservation details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on room availability and reservation status.
Refunds
If a refund is due for a reservation that was paid for in advance, the refund will be issued using the payment method originally used.
The timing of the refund will be subject to the policies of your credit card company or payment service.
Cancellations Due to Weather, Natural Disasters, etc.
If it becomes difficult to stay at the Facility due to unavoidable circumstances, such as a typhoon, earthquake, other natural disasters, or suspension of transportation services, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis, taking the circumstances into consideration.
