Check-in & Check-out
Jiro’s Garden operates on a self check-in and self check-out system.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the check-in desk located to the left of the entrance and complete the self check-in process.
Instructions will be sent to you by email before your stay.
Check-in is available until 8:00 p.m.
Even if you arrive later in the evening, you can enjoy your meal at your own pace in the comfort of your room without worrying about last orders.

Dining
Your dinner and breakfast will be waiting for you in the refrigerator in your room.
For instructions on how to enjoy your meals, please refer to the “Dining Guide” provided in your room.
During Your Stay
Locking the Entrance Door
For security reasons, the entrance door is open only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
If you plan to leave or return after 8:00 p.m., please contact the Support Desk in advance using the contact information provided before your stay.
Beverages & Light Snacks
A vending machine is available at the back of the elevator hall on the second floor.
Sparkling water, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, snacks, and instant noodles are available for purchase.
An ice machine is also available on the second floor.
Convenience Stores & Shopping
The nearest convenience store is more than 30 km (18.6 miles) away.
We recommend that you bring any beverages, snacks, or other items you may need in advance.
Garden Walks
You are welcome to explore our approximately 100,000 m² (25 acres) landscape garden at your leisure.
For your safety and comfort, we recommend wearing non-slip footwear while exploring the garden.
Please take extra care, as the paths may become slippery in wet weather.
For your safety, we kindly ask that you refrain from walking in the garden at night or early in the morning.
For a Comfortable Stay
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Please use the designated smoking area on the third floor.
- We regret that pets are not permitted.
- The use of open flames, including barbecues and fireworks, is not permitted on the property.
- Please make sure your room is locked before leaving.
- Please store your valuables in the in-room safe.
- Please treat the building, facilities, and furnishings with care.
